As the Founder and CEO of The Conscious Beauty Group, she leads the portfolio of group companies which include biotech + sustainable haircare brand WE ARE PARADOXX, CPG baby brand MINI HUMANS and SUPERNOVA the high-tech hair tools brand powered by patented technology.
Yolanda’s brands have garnered attention from some of the world’s leading retailers, celebrity hairstylists and publications and has been described as a visionary who is “shaking up the industry”.
Having spent over 12 years in the beauty industry and seeing it’s impact on the planet, Yolanda is passionate about making it more sustainable and so in 2019 founded ‘Plastic Free Beauty Day’, now a national awareness day on the beauty industry’s calendar each year.

Pamela Kennedy is an innovative entrepreneur and the founder of International Beauty Distribution & Training Academy, a pioneering Irish business established in 2003.
With a background as a Beauty Therapist and Nail Technician, Pamela’s journey has been marked by a dedication to excellence and innovation. She co-founded the award-winning Tan Brush in August 2021, showcasing her knack for creating groundbreaking products.
Pamela’s vision for her company is rooted in providing comprehensive education, introducing new products, and empowering salon and spa owners, beauty technicians, and therapists to reach new heights in their careers.
Her commitment to ongoing education and customer satisfaction has propelled her business from strength to strength, making her a respected figure in the beauty industry.
Liz and Nikki Dwyer, the dynamic sisters behind ‘Future Beauty & Health’, have had an undeniable impact on Irelands aesthetics and beauty industry. Liz, an award-winning journalist and Beauty Editor with over two decades of experience, has been a prominent figure in Irish media, hosting Extreme Beauty on TV3 and becoming Editor for publications such as IMAGE magazine and The Irish Times. Liz’s entrepreneurial journey, marked by Beauty Bootcamp and PR + Brand Lab, showcases her commitment to shaping the beauty and health landscape.
In 2019, her sister Nikki, previously a corporate lawyer and aesthetics aficionado, joined forces with Liz to establish Future Beauty Show, where they educate the public on aesthetic medicine, tweakments, cosmetic dentistry and plastic surgery. The Future Beauty Show is a groundbreaking live event, held annually in Dublin and is expanding to the UK.
Their latest venture, “Fess Up”, is a podcast encouraging individuals and celebrities in the spotlight to openly share their experiences with cosmetic treatments and surgeries, shedding light on the beauty industry and promoting transparency.
The sisters aim to empower women, steering away from unrealistic beauty ideals and sharing their knowledge of what options are available and which are best suited to what their audience need.
Martina Collins is a graduate of Queen’s University in Belfast and has a distinction in her post graduate diploma in Aesthetic Medicine from Queen Mary’s University in London.
She has a special interest in facial aesthetics and prides herself in making her patients’ safety her number one priority.
Martina’s years of impeccable service and experience have led her to be awarded the Outstanding Achievement in Cosmetic Medicine Award at the CMA’s in December 2023.
Ingrid Graham who has over 10 years experience in the beauty industry and specialising in Nails. She is a self-taught nail technician who is extremely passionate about educating on the importance of good nail practice and understanding the nail industry, pointing her in the correct direction of products and tools with the ethos and theory to accompany it. Ingrid is also an educator for top nail and pedicure brands such as Renew Beauty, Elim and Biosculpture.
When not on a film set such as Dungeons & Dragons or TV set for Sex Education 2 along with Game of Thrones for TV, make-up artist and skincare specialist, Katrina Doran can be found sharing her beauty secrets during her Instagram Skincare Sunday sessions and is a huge supporter of professional treatments and the beauty industry as a whole.
Katrina has over 25 years of beauty writing experience under her belt, which has led her to sample and experience some of the top treatments, products and services available in Northern Ireland, and around the world.
Alyson Hogg is a seasoned entrepreneur renowned for founding
and successfully selling Vita Liberata, a global beauty brand, in 2017. With 14
years of strategic development, she achieved £50 million in retail sales,
earning her two Queens Awards for Export and an MBE in 2018. Alyson, now a
Brand Imagineer, leverages her experience to guide businesses through critical
stages, from scaling to successful exits, fostering growth and success
