Yolanda Cooper

Yolanda is an Inventor, Trichologist, Serial Entrepreneur and Environmental Activist. 

Yolanda’s brands have garnered attention from some of the world’s leading retailers, celebrity hairstylists and publications and has been described as a visionary who is “shaking up the industry”. 

Having spent over 12 years in the beauty industry and seeing it’s impact on the planet, Yolanda is passionate about making it more sustainable and so in 2019 founded ‘Plastic Free Beauty Day’, now a national awareness day on the beauty industry’s calendar each year.

Her mission is to create brands that are good for people and good for the planet.


Pamela Kennedy

Pamela Kennedy is an innovative entrepreneur and the founder of International Beauty Distribution & Training Academy, a pioneering Irish business established in 2003.
With a background as a Beauty Therapist and Nail Technician, Pamela’s journey has been marked by a dedication to excellence and innovation. She co-founded the award-winning Tan Brush in August 2021, showcasing her knack for creating groundbreaking products.
Pamela’s vision for her company is rooted in providing comprehensive education, introducing new products, and empowering salon and spa owners, beauty technicians, and therapists to reach new heights in their careers.
Her commitment to ongoing education and customer satisfaction has propelled her business from strength to strength, making her a respected figure in the beauty industry.

Emma Heaney

Emma Heaney entered the world of aesthetic medicine in 2012, following over two decades in nursing. She is the owner of the multi-award winning Elite Aesthetic Clinic Ltd and serves as a Nurse Educator and Key Opinion Leader for Dermapen Ireland and BTL Ireland, specializing in clinical aesthetics. Emma is a qualified Nurse Midwife & Health Visitor and she also holds a Level 7 Diploma in Clinical Aesthetics (PGDip Aes with MAP IQ).

As a Nurse Independent Prescriber and KOL, Emma is dedicated to promoting excellence in aesthetic practices across the UK & Ireland. With over 12 years of experience in Aesthetic Medicine, she is also the NI BAMAN Lead, a Clinical Trainer, columnist, and regular speaker at industry events.

Emma is a multi-award-winning practitioner and has served as a judge for the London Aesthetic Awards for two years, as well as for the Aesthetic Awards in Ireland for the last three years. Her clinic is Save Face accredited, reflecting her commitment to safety and innovation. Most recently, she became the Northern Ireland host for the Aesthetic podcast on Local Women podcast, further amplifying her influence within the aesthetic industry.

Metta Francis

Metta Francis is a multi-award winning nail technician and owner of mobile nail company, Nails by Mets. Established in 2011, Nails by Mets has worked with global brands including Samsung, Disney, Paramount Pictures, Diet Coke and more, to provide pop-up nail bars nationwide.

As a session nail technician, Metta has worked backstage at London, Paris and Milan Fashion Week and on campaigns for the likes of Space NK, Olivia Von Halle, Pandora, Augustinus Bader,  MZ Skin. Credits include Harper’s Bazaar, Stylist, Hunger, HELLO! and more. 

Metta has won BABTAC Nail Technician of the Year, Scratch Stars Natural Nail Specialist of the Year and has achieved a coveted spot in the Scratch Stars Hall of Fame as the Ultimate Mobile Nailist. 

Metta has also been a judge for the Scratch Magazine Scratch Stars Awards. 

Christine Mackin

Christine Mackin is the founder of Radiance Beauty & Day Spa in Belfast and a prominent figure in Northern Ireland’s beauty industry. With over 30 years of experience, including working in the USA and as a lecturer in local 3rd level collages, she launched Radiance with a mission to help clients feel confident in their own skin.
Her dedication to excellence has earned her numerous accolades and established Radiance as a trusted clinic & spa, widely known for its exceptional beauty, wellness & aesthetics services.
Under her leadership, Radiance offers a highly professional family-focused atmosphere employing 28, fostering a supportive community for both clients and staff. Christine’s story is one of hard work, passion, and a commitment to further education, innovation as well as inspiring others around her.

Katrina Doran

When not on a film set such as How To Train Your Dragon or TV set for Wednesday Season 2, BBC’s Hope Street and The Hedge Knight, make-up artist and skincare specialist, Katrina Doran can be found sharing her beauty and skincare secrets on her Instagram and is a huge supporter of professional treatments and the beauty industry as a whole.
Katrina has over 25 years of beauty writing experience under her belt, which has led her to sample and experience some of the top treatments, products and services available in Northern Ireland, and around the world.

Kathy Brennan

Founder of @browtribe_ award winning permanent makeup clinic and one of  Belfast busiest brow academics on the upper Lisburn Road.
Kathy has dedicated her career to art of permanent makeup for the last 10 years specialising in all things brows and helping 100s of students get started on their careers in the ever booming business of brows & permanent makeup. 
Kathy works closely with men & women facing the life changing challenges due to hair loss! Through cancer, alopecia and menopause etc. “As a permanent make up artist it is very important to me to highlight the transformative impact cosmetic tattooing can have on someone, this is not just a beauty treatment!’
She has a deep rooted passion for helping women believe in their true potential and is committed to encouraging girls to get after their goals through power of SELF BELIEVE!
